DTA Review Workshop
Technical Resource Centre of ICMR-NIRT and the Department of Health Research, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, jointly organized a two-day workshop on “Systematic Reviews of Diagnostic Accuracy and GRADE" on 8th and 9th January, 2025 for all the Technical Resource Centres and Principal Investigators working on evidence synthesis for the upcoming antibiotic guidelines being developed by the Centre for Evidence-based Guidelines, DHR. The workshop was attended by 25 faculty members and researchers from across India. Dr Manoj Murhekar, Director of ICMR-NIRT, inaugurated the workshop. Dr Rajiv Bahl, Director General of ICMR & Secretary of DHR, addressed the participants and highlighted the importance of capacity building. Dr Leeberk Raja, Sci-E and PI of the Technical Resource Centre at ICMR-NIRT organised the event and served as faculty. Dr Jefferson Daniel (CMC Vellore), Dr Vignes Anand, Dr Mukesh Kumar, Dr Adhin Bhaskar (ICMR-NIRT), and Dr Rizwan (ICMR-NIE) also contributed as resource persons.
