Motivation and Orientation Session for Health Care Providers, NTEP, Chennai
The Department of Social and Behavioral Research (DSBR), ICMR-NIRT in collaboration with National Tuberculosis Elimination Programme, Greater Chennai Corporation organised a Motivation and Orientation Session for Health Care Providers of NTEP, Chennai on 6th March, 2024 at ICMR-NIRT. Senior Treatment Supervisors (STS) and Senior Tuberculosis Laboratory Supervisors (STLS) participated and benefitted from the session. The interactive sessions focused on topics like problem-solving skills, nurturing positive communication in the work environment and stress management and work productivity. "Wings of Support" initiative of ICMR-NIRT was introduced to NTEP health care providers.
